Sebastian Picklum — Yes, I agree; the use of meaningful metrics, directly aligned to an org’s value proposition and commercials, to provide actionable insight in real-time is the mark of a sophisticated business. Agile and Lean approaches can then act as multipliers to drive max value in min time.
For sure, the more a customer relies (and is aware of that reliance) on a product, the greater their interest in its optimisation — so it makes sense that B2E customers are happiest to collaborate. The only challenge is identifying universal needs versus nice-to-haves! :)
