Honestly, I don’t know how you could call the guy and stay calm, no matter how much practice! Kudos to you though. Great post and certainly a few points I should take heed of…well I can try at least. Aside from the pact issue which is downright wrong, I can understand if staff get poached / leave it hurts, but that’s business. Maybe all the ‘pact’ members should start thinking more about their teams careers and less about themselves. My personal opinion is they would then feel more valued and actually invest more of themselves into the companies. People come and go from companies all the time, some hurt more than others, that’s life!
Just don’t bring Seer to the UK or the secret Cartel will be sending strongly worded linkedin mails ;)
