I really enjoyed reading this, thanks for sharing. It provides the structure and format that I’ve been craving for our pipe reviews. I’m a fairly new VP Sales and there hasn’t been enough focus at our weekly meetings. (They happen like clockwork, I’m pleased to report, but no point if there’s no value!) I love the idea of omitting names and anecdotes – it’s exactly what we need!
