My sincerest sympathies for your loss. Your description was quite beautiful. I still fee this way when I see a grandmother around my grandma’s age. I lost her 13 days after my wedding. I still don’t have closure.

I still feel this way about my aunt. I lost her almost 15 years ago, about 6 weeks before 9/11. Like you and your family, we weren’t given much time.
