That’s the problem. No one is conscious and aware of the decisions they’re making. Complacency is the codependent friend many rely upon. You must learn from the good, bad, and ugly to make the change. You must be open and receptive to what is taking place. It’s a hard pill to swallow. But once you take responsibility, you can chose to work with or against yourself.
