To be serious losing hair can be incredibly distressing. However, while, for men, hair loss may be upsetting, most men adapt to having little hair more quickly than girls do. yah everybody love luscious looks. and often find it much more difficult to deal with hair loss than girls do. I am 23 year old and for me it’s a biggest nightmare.

Am not sure maybe your hair loss is caused by stress, illness, medication or unbalanced diet, for many people hair loss can be devastating and sometime even more than that.

Hair loss is most common in people of age 50 and above ,but now days it’s a problem for boys of my age too.

Although you may feel distressed by the loss of your hair, it’s important to aim to deal with the situation in a positive way and hair loss is treatable as long as you act early.

since the modern lifestyle and daily encounter with toxins and unbalanced diet make most men above the age of 28 testosterone deficient, so many men ignore the consequences of low testosterone levels and result '’Hair loss’’.

So many Research has proven that nutritional deficiencies decrease the length of the anagen phase, and causes more hair loss and at the same time leading to unmistakable thinning of the hair, bald spots and, if the deficiency continues long enough, baldness.

The problem we see most often is that people don’t believe it’s possible to do anything much about thinning hair, bald spots and so on. Those beliefs are now out of date. Today there are modern, approved, effective treatments for hair loss
