Public nudity by the Modern Museum (Stockholm)

A quick update on my way to my meeting. I know I am fitting the description of zombie with my head down my iPhone but I want to cover this while the thought and feeling is fresh.
I know people want to break free and make the naked female body accepted but I don’t want my children to see images of bare breasts as they walk to school each morning.
That feels like forced trespassing on our lives. Nudity isn’t for children and frankly if I want to see nudity I know where to find it, it shouldn’t be forced upon everyone in such intrusive way, so I don’t care to find it in public for my own sake either. I feel violated, exposed to nudity which I didn’t chose to see (Those are some perky, attractive titts, right. But still.). It can be compared to the filthy man who is nude under his coat and flash people. Somehow I don’t believe the people fighting so vigorously for the freedom of female sexuality want to be flashed by that filthy man either.
These specific images are not obscene and you may find them tasteful, classy, to be modern art & yes sure I can agree but children notice everything. I think we all can agree that children should not be exposed to nudity? They are too young to think about the body, their own and others, in such a way. Besides, to see nudity should be a choice, it shouldn’t be forced on anyone.
It’s not the female body that is the problem, it is the public nudity. I’m sure these images are enjoyed by many, but they are also uncomfortable for many (again, it’s the nudity and not the female body). Being exposed to nudity still needs to be every persons choice.
I, as an adult, understand the desire to shock, of wanting to force people to take a step outside of their comfort zone, to make people think, fight for the freedom of the nipple (or what ever), the desire for revolution and all in good intent. I, personally, want each individual to have the right to feel, think and do anything their hearts desire but as long as it doesn’t negavively effect anyone else… in cases such as this you are forcing your own opinions on to others.
These are my thoughts on the topic, please do share your own in the comment section below.
