At last the lowly turnip getting its due! It’s been one of my favorites vegetables since I was, like, 5. They are great raw. Actually, I’ve never had a roasted one, but I have about 6 small turnips right now, so when I roast potatoes later this week, I’ll think about adding one.
On that note — has anyone ever roasted jimaca? What does it taste like roasted and how do you do it?
