Alex, it’s not wild to me. I live in Japan for long and I know Sony very well. Akio Morita in his book “ Made in Japan” expressed clearly that Sony marketing strategy is to never allow the customers to decide what they want to buy, what they want or wish, or have words, it’s Sony who will decide everything and must have full control over their clients. Moreover, Sony must have the first on the market with the latest and superior technology, yes but they knowingly build weak hardware to force Sony shoppers to buy a new one over and over again. They are not surprised now. Sony product quality deteriorated further on and their arrogance grows since Sony main income comes from their wide range of nonproductive financial businesses. Their battery, Bravia, Vaio business failed. What’s next?
