I was really impressed by the talk you gave at Collaboration. Although I don’t fully agree with your post, I do believe that it is important to discuss these issues. I’ve spoken with a number of attendees on this subject and am struggling to to see how any offence was caused.
And maybe that's part of the problem. Am I missing something?
I actually recived a mail from an angry attendee too, which I’ll admit knocked me back a bit. We put a lot of effort into the night, getting speakers and ensured that everyone was given an equal platform to convey their message. It’s then quite worrying to see posts going up that can in turn shine a negative light on what we are doing.
This is not me having a pop at you Leah. This is just me trying to understand.
