On Uber’s “high-performers”

Just so there’s no mistake:
If they’re driving talented people out of your organisation, they aren’t a “high-performer.”
If they’re holding people back from career advancement so their team looks more diverse, they aren’t a “high-performer.”
If their behaviour poisons your culture, taints your reputation and opens you to lawsuits, they aren’t a “high-performer.”
And if you’re defending them, you aren’t either.
