Coming changes next year are going to make flying a nightmare

It’s been a slow-moving typhoon, but come Oct. 1, 2020, most people’s ID won’t allow them to board even domestic flights, enter federal buildings, or enter a military base. The new rule came from the Real ID ACT, a 2005 bill that was signed into law.
