I presume most of the attacks weren’t from Clintonites but from right-wing thugs. Throughout history, degrading the common discourse has been a tool of the mob, an expression of incipient fascism. The Clintonites are more genteel in their worthless condemnations, preferring others to turn their knives in the wound.
