I am in love with this story Helen! Last thing you would expect out of the blue from such a huge company. Because in the end this isn’t just the right thing to do, it is the smart thing to do. You need to have people from differing perspectives, backgrounds & points of view to tackle issues, create new ideas and products, because your customers are diverse and your workforce should reflect that. I hope a lot of companies follow their lead.
