The root problem isn’t smartphones. It’s the ability/inability to set boundaries between our personal, family, social, and professional lives. Of course, using a flip phone would make cell phones bills a lot cheaper - but for many of us, switching from a smartphone to a flip phone is not a reasonable choice.
