White people send their kids to private schools or create ways for brown and black faces to not be able to enter majority white-”good”- districts. Equal access providers equal results. In the 60's when Ivy League schools implemented affirmative action, blacks competed and thrived and thus were more fully integrated into society. Equally educational opportunities is the key.
