Don’t standardise on Basecamp, Trello, Holacracy or any other system. Here’s the alternative.

There is definitely a need for balance between standardization and diversification. But I can see and I saw already different systems for tracking and organizing work adopted by different teams making coordination between teams really hard. Plus, once a company adopt a system you take from each team the extra work of sorting, creating and a adapting different tools and methods. At last, constraints do not limit creativity, (even holacracy type constraints) they enable.
