The Fine Line Between Genius & Insanity: Dancing Through Genetic Dimensions Of Hyperspace…

We’ve all surely heard that saying before:
“There’s a fine line between genius and insanity.”
I’m not sure who it was that added on, “I am that line.” But what if this were true for us all?
Some scientists have gone so far as to try find the genetic link between the two — isolating some predictable chemical component to help explain this dynamic. But what if there were other dimensions to this crazy-genius phenomenon that no one has talked or thought about yet, wherein might lie tremendous opportunity for unlocking entirely new potentials of human senses, abilities, and capabilities…?

Now first of all, there is an important distinction here to be made, summed up in another recent post:
Recontextualing Crazy: Enlightenment Beyond The Borders Of Judgement…
Namely, “crazy” is merely a label our society and cultures have used as a cop-out for not understanding complex psychological dynamics.
Or rather, what is often labelled as “crazy” is merely an outcome which most do not possess the capacity to understand the full range of causal effects behind what they see on the surface.
People tend not to like to admit their own ignorance. And when faced with behavior out of the norm which they do not understand, it is far easier to label it as “crazy” rather than admit they’re fucking clueless as to the complex behavior patterns predictably producing the behavior threatening their sense of control and understanding. People don’t generally like feeling powerless, and will go to great lengths exercising powerful control mechanisms to avoid that feeling. Thus, when confronted with ‘disorderly’ behavior — as seen as from the surface, unable to comprehend the motivating factors underneath, wherein perfect order exists in precise cause-and-effect laws — resorting to the lazy cognitive bias of boxing something in as “crazy” generates a false sense of control, in contrast to the powerless of admitting we don’t know what the fuck we’re facing.
Keep this as the context for the use of the word “crazy” or “insane” as reading through this.

So… why this intricate interconnection between genius and insanity?
And why would I possibly suggest this dynamic is something inherent in everyone, not exclusive to some rare individuals in our society confined to straightjackets in nuthouses or legendary status in the pages of history books for their ingenius contributions?
The Truth in full-spectrum perspectives.
We’ve all been well-conditioned into believing the world is a certain way. That we are a certain way. That things are a certain way.
We’ve grown up with societal & cultural rulesets forming very-convincing conceptual frameworks for defining the structures and limits of this world we live in. The reality our consciousness projects as an extraction of the genetic codes we’ve been programmed into/with takes the form it does as a consequence of the extent & limitations of the perspectives we’ve accessed to-date.
What makes a genius a genius?
Perceptability.
He/she has an activated ability to perceive what not all others can. And/or an activated capability to translate what not everyone can.
Tesla, Einstein, DaVinci, Pythagoras… they didn’t invent or create new laws of mathematics & physics. They merely perceived what was already inherent in the fabric of reality. They served as mediums through which hidden orders within the universe could be translated, expressed, and extracted out in form.

Now consider…
If we have believed so concretely that the world is the way we’ve been told, that our senses are inherently limited to sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell, that the realm of genius is exclusive to a rare few selected by God or special genes, and we possess no capability to exponentially evolve beyond this construct of “limited human beings” — how likely would we be to open to realms, spectrums, and dimensions outside of “the norm?”
Or, if we were to begin perceiving outside what is commonly-accepted in the conventional worldview — how quickly would most resort to exercise control mechanism to shut down the different senses, out of fear of the unknown and appearing “crazy” in the context of a society who failed to understand such phenomena and thus deemed it crazy?
How many would trust what they have no way of understanding or explaining, given their lack of education in the dynamics of the senses and systems? How many would have the courage to continue exploring, when everything they’d find would completely threaten their preexisting cultural belief systems and security as an accepted member of the culture held together by those prehistoric belief systems their newfound discoveries would obliterate?
By society’s limited definitions, genius and crazy are inseparable.
It is genius because of the capability to innovate, bridging gaps to new heights of understanding and function in our shared reality.
And it is “crazy,” because until that point of proof where society accepts the benefit of such innovation, it will be misunderstood. The culture’s abilities and capabilities are not enough to comprehend the broadened context the genius has unlocked. And thus in purpose of its self-preservation, the challenge to its foundational coding — belief systems — is attacked as “crazy.”
And of course, this dynamic doesn’t play out merely as society turning against the genius pushing its limits — but in the individual himself, who at some level, is still playing out parts of the cultural coding he evolved from. The conflict is not just externalized in society or the individual’s psyche — it is inherent in the contrasting programming expressing itself through genetic extraction into the conscious holographic experience, simultaneously in the microcosm and macrocosm.

What does the genius access that most people do not...?
The "newest" of discoveries awaiting in the realms of genius do not lie within the domain of established culture. That which the genius has the capabilities of bringing into the culture to upgrade it first exist outside of it - and to dare venture beyond the boundaries of the culture's comfort zones is a bold move.
Without the safety of a culture's foundational contexts for translating and making sense of its realities, venturing into unchartered territory can be highly confusing, overwhelming, and challenging to make sense of. Before all the new information gathered from outside the boundaries is processed and organized efficiently into existing the organizational structures of existing neural networks, it might all seem a bit "crazy."
The dimensions from which genius extracts and brings back its fruits are incredibly complex. Diving into a sea of creative energies, the limited knowledge base we've inhereted culturally is inadequate as a foundation from which to interpret the laws of physics governing the new territories of senses and abilities.

Though wait...
It's time for another distinction.
This is essential to further clarify the context in which this exploration unfolds.
*What "realms" am I referring to? What do I mean by "dimensions?" With talks of genius "venturing into" different "territories" and "spaces," what is this actually beyond some cliche new age "energy" fluff talk that has often got thrown around loosely before?
Essentially, states.
At one level, states within the genetic memory system.
*Quantum physics... holographic universe... there is a unified system through which we are extracting all of this through the genetic memory component.
Our brains may yet to be understood as the most powerfully mind-blowing super-quantum-computer there ever will be. And its easy to overlook the sheer amount of programs running on/through it - the genetic component comparable to the storage cloud in which these programs are coded, rewritten into, and extracted from to produce this shared holographic reality we find ourselves in - *(and which more & more are considering to be some sort of "simulation", which in a sense is correct in the context of understanding how our bio-mechanical bodies are a material projection of the programs playing out through genetic code, each of 8 billion people simultaneously running their own "simulations" from the projection of the genetic code through their unique lens, filters, and character expressed through the program's playing out.
You might want to reread that paragraph a few times.

Another level of the states... Brainwaves.
Think of how a satellite TV signal is merely data compressed into a wave, extracted through the receiver and TV out into images and sound.
Comparably, think of neural impulses & brainwaves as that signal - data within the genetic memory system compressed into those waves, for your brain to receive, processes, and extract out into the content of your conscious mind.
See it?
Remember the famous Tesla quote:

Man has barely begun to scratch the surface of what realities are possible to be accessed and created.
The cultures we've been raised in, the realities we've created for ourselves through limited belief systems... merely programs in the genetic memory system. A tiny sliver of a quantum sea of brainwaves in which information is encoded, a filtered shard of an infinitely-broad spectrum extracted out through our biological mechanisms onto the screen of our conscious experience.
What lies outside the spectrums let in through the lenses of cultural programming?
To a culture in a survival state, "crazy."
All that which rightfully threatens its destruction.
To a culture valuing innovation and exploration of creative potential, "genius." That which proves itself essential to the state's advancement - to the degree it isn't too threatening.
The genius is the bridge to broadening culture's scope into unchartered territory - celebrated for the victories society prides itself in identifying itself with for its own "evolution."
The "crazy" is the misunderstood - condemned for the discomfort it creates in the cultural programs unable to evolve at the rate they would if integrating the wealth of information accessible upon ceasing the judgement preserving the boundaries justifying the culture's inability to adapt to that not fitting its survival-based ideals.
Both "genius" and "crazy" are states outside the conventional.
What swings the weight of judgement from one label to another is merely the degree to which one understands the processes of how these dynamics work and is open-minded to what comes through these unconventional states, versus remaining fearful of reactive to the unknown as it introduced into view.
When it's manageable and pleasant, it becomes genius through our approval. When too challenging or confusing, crazy.
Objectively, it is neither.
Merely a sense or ability to access states not yet commonly known.

"The test of a first-rate intelligence is the ability to hold two opposed ideas in mind at the same time and still retain the ability to function." ~ F. Scott Fitzgerald
There is far more wisdom in this quote than meets the eye.
Genius is not expressed through duplication of what has already taken form. It is the expansion into and bridging with the innovative. It is the bridge to rewriting the present from the future, to granting others access to the leading edge of culture's evolution.
Without the capacity to hold two contrasting ideas in mind, access is denied.
One perspective = one fixed vibration.
Add a conflicting perspective = CHOICE.
Stick to the one perspective. Or embrace the second to integrate its value - and open up an entire spectrum of possibilities in between.
More often than not, people stick to the one perspective, judging what conflicts. This decreases intelligence by severing connection to the neural networks accessible through the second - literally making a person stupider by choosing ignorance over upgrading the wisdom of discernment.
Yet, the access level of genius requires open-mindedness - for it is through the capability to encounter new information without immediately shutting it down that perception can even remain open. And without question, such explorations are bound to reveal much that conflicts with primary outlooks.
So there, the explorer is posed with their trial: embrace the what-seems-at-first like chaos and surrender to the process with its temporary contradictions and confusions, or panic for some sense of control and engage cognitive bias to simplify the experience into a digestable label like "crazy."

Granted, this isn't to undermine or disregard the potential torture of anyone's experience undergoing the "crazy" phase. There are depths on the path to genius that absolutely feel like the culturally-agreed-upon definition of "crazy."
However, for the most potent of genius to emerge, it might even be essential to push the boundaries to such a degree that the tipover into crazy is inevitable at some point or another - at least once, in order to gain direct experience in the dynamic.
Perhaps sometimes, no one can be totally equipped for what comes when pushing further and further past the boundaries - and in testing how far beyond preset limits one can go, there may always come some point where a breakdown of old ideas and preconceptions occurs and sanity is questioned in this unfamiliar space of the yet-to-be-understood new.
Yet, perhaps sometimes the "crazy" phase - a stage of transition in which information in the new states is yet to be integrated successfully to bridge the old with the new - is essential to evolution.

For genius to extract its fruits, the depths of what lies in rarely-chartered states must be probed. Limits must be pushed to break into new territory. And, the old must be broken down to clear way for the new.
For those pushing harder, deeper, farther, and faster, there might be an element of what might consider "crazy" - some almost sadistic, self-destructive quality - a willingness and anticipation for abolishing self-identity in favor of discovery. It might seem a little mad to intentionally seek the obliteration of one's own, and society's, constructs of reality - yet only in a limited context void of the knowledge of this larger evolutionary process in which such 'destruction' is a critical step in ushering in a new, higher order.
(And, lest not forget that another form of the genius' "crazy" might also manifest in the frustrations in coming back to the here & now with all its shortcomings, comparable to the potentialities experienced and creative possibilities seen in other states - or the backed-up energies unable to be constructively output at the rate which he/she might receive. Though again, this may be just a stage of the process in developing the capabilities to ground what's been accessed in alternate states back into this shared one.)

Why is all this applicable to all of us?
Because whether we know it or not, we all might be walking that fine line, whether we know it or not.
And maybe, alot of us have opted to stick on the side of crazy.
Crazy not in the sense as our society has taught us to understand the word as a disorderly person. But perhaps crazy to remain in the comfort zone of outdated cultural programs in which our own genius has been suppressed in order to preserve the status quo - even if those are subcultural status quos of rebellion against authority, pursuing "spiritual" truths at the cost of distorted prejudices, or whatnot.
Perhaps crazy is continuing to play old, predictable roles in a societally-constructed model of the world that has outlived its time and is about to break down.
Yes, there may be some individuals whose stars were aligned or got blessed with good genetics that were born into a destiny of rare genius. Though, it may also be that everyone has similar potentials of access to unlocking innate forms of genius within themselves - which may often get shut down due to fear and self-judgements that the emergence of the premature senses & abilities too closely resemble "craziness."
Yet, the universe continues it programmed evolution.
And whether we like it or not, embrace it or resist, we will each be challenged by life as it presents opportunities to die clinging to old cultural paradigms or exercise blossoming abilities to contribute in establishing new ones.
That is nothing "special" or exclusive. It is an aspect of life we shall each face, consciously or unconsciously, time and time again at each intersection of that we've held to be true and contrasting perspectives that test our adaptability to embracing new information to upgrade our wisdom of how to integrate each piece of the puzzle into its appropriate place rather than discard it out of unwillingness to have our beliefs challenged.
And as the rate of transformation in our societies, technologies, and universe keep accelerating, it is more important than ever how we choose to respond.
Increasing numbers of people have been experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar, and all kinds of mental-emotional-spiritual dis-eases - dipping their toes into the crazy pool. And perhaps, it's not at all a matter of anything "being wrong" with us - but a mere matter of us not understanding who and what we are and how to adapt to the states these life journeys are leading us through so as to flow through them harmoniously to extract what information awaits, integrate, and upgrade our own capacities for successfully transmutating what lies within those genetic memory states into the fruits of what is often considered "genius."

We are in changing times.
And, we are at a tipping point of discovering new dimensions of life, the universe, and ourselves that are bound to shake up alot of the ideas we've inhereted from our cultures and societies.
And, we on the verge of crossing many thresholds.
How we respond at these crossroads is critical.
Those unable to adapt may predictably slide into their own experiences of "crazy," as the world becomes to complex for them to deal with. Conversely, those who answer the evolutionary calls to upgrade themselves through the continual rebirthing process of rewriting our genetic codes, one choice at a time, shall activate new forms of genius within themselves - even in spite of the occasional dip into the "crazy."
Within these perspectives, lies power.
We can continue feeding old storylines, keeping ourselves trapped in outcomes falling short of our potential, dancing with our own forms of "crazy" and condemning those who rock the boat, while it's sinking anyways. Or we can access our genius, collaboratively rewrite new stories, and upgrade the whole fuckin' system to bring about possibilities beyond imagination.
The choice is each of ours...
