I always want to achieve thousands of things in life. But I often feel frustrated and anxious. The truth is I spend too much time thinking instead of acting. My frustration comes from thinking too much, making big plans, todo lists, mind maps… And not acting on these plans.
I feel good when I do things, when I know I’m making progress. I feel present when I stop thinking and start doing.
Yes, I know that the best way to achieve great things in life is to start. Just do the first piece, a small chunk, nothing too big, just a mini step towards my goal.

So this is my first piece, my first step. It’s not big but it’s here. My first “article”, the first time I share my thoughts with the world.
