Thanks for the explanation. As I wrote in my story, I did report Danny’s spoofing to the police and FBI, who proceeded to do nothing. Cyberstalking is an umbrella term that covers many activities — spoofing is just one element in this case. I agree it is one of the more serious/frightening aspects of Danny’s harassment, however, which is why I highlighted it in my IC3 report and when I went to the police station. The problem is they didn’t listen or didn’t care.
