A 30 minute workout for the next four weeks for six straight days? I don’t think it’s that difficult. Then I did a test run earlier and almost died. And I thought people were just exaggerating when they said it would hurt in places they never would have imagined existed. Until it happened to me. The hurting is passing a little bit, so I’m almost calming down. I have a bit of the cough uh..germ still so maybe exerting myself in that way was monumentally stupid.

I’m studying the timetable again and I’m thinking someone really is inviting death with this type of regimen.

But not doing anything is worse than dying right? And I forgot to have fun earlier. Maybe if I incorporate this on the next session it’ll be different.
