Even when you don’t feel like it

A good friend of mine and I were having a super early chat regarding finding “the one.” What if she likes me but I don’t like her back? What if I fall for her but it’s not mutual? It’s hard. It’s difficult. Where are they?

And then I postulated, there is someone out there for us, in this lifetime. It might take a long while, or it might not come at all. Either way, time passes and everybody dies. Win-win.

I know there are countless movies and missives tackling these same points, and it might have been said a little less crasser (huh?) than how I’m saying it, but in the end, it all boils down to: Would the lack of it puts a stop on all the other things you would have loved to do?

How long will the pause button be pressed in your world?

If we have exhausted all the possibilities searching for a solution and we have failed at it, then I think we need to focus on something else.

We don’t have enough time.
