EP!C Singapore Trip
Singapore is a small island-state in South East Asia which shares maritime borders with Indonesia at the south while at the north, Malaysia. It is a county consisting of one main island and 62 other small islets. Singapore is a vibrant hub of fauna, flora, religious diversity, multiethnic people, and travellers from all around the globe.
Combining the skyscrapers and subways of a modern, affluent city with a medley of Chinese, Malay and Indian influences and a tropical climate, with tasty food, good shopping and a vibrant night-life scene, this Garden City makes a great stopover or springboard into the region.
One of the major reasons for the growth of tourism is Singapore is because of less stringent entry requirements.

This blog serves as the base for Travart’s EP!C Singapore Trip 2018. Following the itinerary of the trip, the blog will guide one through the entire trip.

The Singapore city tour is a must-do for travellers who are enthuisatic to visit maximum places in minimum time. There are a number of city tour options following different routes, visiting different locations. The City Tour of Singapore takes us around all the important and historic sites of the city.

It is a 8.6 metre tall statue — half lion and half mermaid watching over the country. The Merlion is associated with Singapore and is considered the mascot of the country.

Sky Park, Marina Bay Sands
Soaring 57 levels above the heart of the city, one can capture the moment of a lifetime at the stunning Sands Skypark public observation deck. Gardens by the Bay
An integral part of Singapore’s “City in a Garden” vision, Gardens by the Bay spans a total of 101 hectares of prime land at the heart of Singapore’s new downtown — Marina Bay. Comprising three waterfront gardens — Bay South, Bay East and Bay Central — Gardens by the Bay will be a showcase of horticulture and garden artistry that will bring the world of plants to Singapore and present Singapore to the World. One can spend a quite, peaceful, serene evening by taking a nice stroll down the lanes.

Sentosa is an island resort off Singapore’s southern coast, connected to the city by road, cable car, pedestrian boardwalk and monorail. By Sentosa Station, Tiger Sky Tower has panoramic views that can stretch as far as Indonesia. On the south coast, Palawan Beach is lined with food stalls and bars, and has a suspension bridge to a small offshore island. Palm-lined, crescent-shaped Tanjong Beach is more tranquil.

One will find the renowned Hollywood Walk of Fame at the Hollywood zone. As one ventures into New York, the landscape evolves into impressive city skylines, including a mock-up of a subway entrance. Here, one can step onto a movie set and experience the destructive force of a hurricane with special effects produced by Steven Spielberg.

Sci-Fi City features the famous TRANSFORMERS The Ride: The Ultimate 3D Battle ride where you fight evil forces in heart-pounding 3D combat. Move on to Ancient Egypt and face mummies and scarab beetles on an indoor roller coaster in total darkness — all the better to ignite your fears. In Madagascar, prepare to be drenched in a wet river boat ride.

Singapore is an extremely popular and a cliche travel location to be honest. But there is much more to the country than the metropolitan life. It is a country of multi-ethnicity, religious diversity and people from all parts of the world. It’s wildlife is rich and nature parks have not meddled with the ever-progressing technology and developments. Singapore is a rather unseen combination of modernization as well as how the natural habitat is preserved for other species. The cuisine is to-die-for, local as well as international food is sought for. In terms of nightlife and safety, Singapore takes pride in having among the best nightclubs; extremely safe even after midnight, the crime and theft rate in Singapore is as good as null.
To sum it Singapore is a must visit location for people from all walks of life, of all ages and all kinds of travellers.
