Delayed Gratification Activities where you are putting so much work in it and hustle on a daily basis but not necessarily seeing the results of your actions..this will take so much sacrifice and efforts but the results will be way more beneficial and help you transform your life.
By learning or developing the Habit to balance those 2 Paradigm Shifts.you will acquire one of the most important skills in your life,Effort Calibration and an ongoing life Balance that will help you get more energized,fulfilled..
-6-Avoiding Junk Food|Eating Healthy.
this is one of the hardest but in the same time one of the most important Positive habits to acquire and Nurture.Food is one of the main Factors responsible for your success and performance.We all have been guilty of this at some point,by treating Food like a pure entertainment activity ,neglecting how it affects our well-Being in the Line.
Many of us have been slightly or excessively experimenting with various diets,tricks and tips,but most of the time we don’t even commit to them and almost always fail before start seeing the results..
I guess the miss-conception with many people is that they consider Diet-ing or eating healthy as a shortcut to become fit or loos weight..and soon get back into negative old eating habits.
Eating well is not a sprint it’an attitude towards life and a personal standard that you need to re-think.
Putting it this way might get things more complicated i guess so i think the best way to go about it is:
On a daily Basis try to make a positive improvement in your eating habits;small and tiny changes works tons better and you will start to improve slightly and see the results of your efforts showing.
