Scientifically proven to be highly effective when it comes to losing weight, these tips do not involve diets or exercise.

Each one is easy-to-implement, and if practiced daily will virtually guarantee your weight loss success.

1. Eat slowly.

Eating slowly can help you reduce the total number of calories you consume. In fact, this is one of the easiest ways to lose weight.

The slower you eat, the less food you‘ll consume. Less food = less calories — with no real effort on your part. So take your time, you’ll lose more weight if you eat at a leisurely pace.

A study in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association found that slow eaters consumed 66 fewer calories per meal, compared to those who ate at a faster pace.
