Why You Shouldn’t Turn on Your Devices First Thing in The Morning
Srinivas Rao

While your points can be valid for many, I would argue that reading 1 email that reoccurs daily and visiting one website first thing in the morning provides me with insight to what has happened at work the last 12 hours since I have been absent. This allows me time to begin to process and develop a plan of action to achieve my one goal for the day. The information that can be acquired this way is extremely beneficial. Now this applies in that I am not in a “creative role” I am in a technical role and being able to identify trends in data right away when my mental power is at its peak is very beneficial.
