2016 List —

#1. Be an early riser (at least 7am on weekdays)

#2. Be active at least four days a week (Gym, Home, Office, Outside)

#3. Eat locally sourced organic food for 50% — 70% of meals

#4. Consume protein-rich food from MyProtein on a weekly/monthly basis

#5. Meditate every morning or evening

#6. Start “Break Bread” dinner series

#7. Join Toastmasters

#8. Launch and build Language & Impresario

#9. Read a book every month (or watch a new documentary every other week)

#10. Balance EQ with IQ
