How To Stay On The Fitness Track

Every January without fail, the gyms are packed after New Years. But give it two weeks and people start disappearing left and right. Now, I’m not complaining about the gym space being freed up once again. It’s always nice when you can move through your workout without waiting for machines or jostling for position in the free weight room. But let’s take a second to really think about what that means.

So many people are GIVING UP on their goals. So many people who had set out to create a better version of themselves; feel better; grow more confident; and live a happier, healthier life.

If that describes how things have been for you in the past, I’m here to tell you: NOT THIS TIME. I’m challenging you to STICK IT OUT. If you’re like me, I’m asking you to challenge other people just setting out on their journeys.

Ultimately, sure it’s nice to have our free space in the gym. But it’s even better to be surrounded by people who are motivated and will lift YOU up when you’re having a tough day. We’re all in this together — let’s make 2016 a year of collective success.
