Note: under Canadian & EU laws, companies are obligated to provide all info they have about someone who requests it… but not in the US. Also, nothing prevents IDI from building profiles about Canadian or any citizen outside of the US.

Without a right to see, no right to verify & correct, and no right to be forgotten, this is a prime example of something I would qualify as being highly unethical, even if it appears to be legal (in the US).
