I completely agree with your viewpoint on this topic. I like the way you have incoporated a very realistic picture of how technology affects us today. The points you have made in the article is very true to “see a group of people sitting at a table all sitting on their phones and not having that face to face contact that we as humans need”. I see this all the time going out! Great job Rhiannon. Well written and straight to the point.

However some improvements i suggest is to add a reference/statistics possibly where you mentioned that depression and anxiety has been increased? This would strengthen your viewpoint.

You mentioned there were pros and cons of having technology. Could you further explain these concepts. I understand there is a word limit, however you could try dot points to further support your statements.
