I have to agree with you about a noticeable lack of supervision and parental oversight. Unless the parent was at work; I can’t fault that. This is why I strain to come up with assessment tools that police could employ. I grieve for his parents and I also grieve for police. I’m ssuming that the police officer who shot the boy didn’t want to end a child’s life during their shift… my heart breaks for all involved…
