On the surface, it reads like a desperate attempt to keep combustion engines relevant in the expanding world of electric vehicles. It is not explained in this article how this car will be a part of a zero-fatality future. Finally, why do we need to ‘keep the excitement of driving alive’? Isn’t it rather something people either want to do or are tired of? This car of the future will still have troubles finding parking in our increasingly congested cities, will still prevent the driver from obtaining any meaningful fitness or health while in transit, and will still sit in traffic on freeways.
