Asian American Studies Program Hosts Filmmaker Ken Eng

If you’re in the Boston area, join the Asian American Studies Program and filmmaker Ken Eng for a free screening of his award-winning documentary feature film, My Life in China.

The movie shares the story of Eng’s father, who fled the Cultural Revolution in China to start a new life in Boston. The film examines assimilation and identity, and asks the question: What does it mean to be both Chinese and American?

A discussion with Ken Eng will follow the screening.
