At my end too, outstanding teacher is more enough than having mentor. And fortunately all along my life I found outstanding teacher. From that angle, I am blessed and lucky too.

And Yes! I do agree with you thought process that we don’t have to meet and sit next to mentor.

Mentor can inspire us remotely (and there are countless mentors who inspired in past, who are inspiring as of today and who will inspire in future too) by their acts and by their actions.
