Dear Guy Ligertwood,

Thanks for this tip & trick.

Since FY 2005, I started doing this at my end and the first project that I handled was for Thermax Limited.

India’s star public limited company and the project was Chimney automation.

Since then, jumping on complex projects has become a standard life style for me in India.

Right now, I am also working on with one more Indian customer where I got no domain knowledge and I am reading daily about the subject on how to handle the subject so that we (myself and our team) can deliver the customer 100 times more experience than the customer is keen to pay us to handle the subject.

Customer is keen to experiment on me and on our team and his one line to us is this “Hey guys. I trust all of you and all of you are good crooks”.

Let’s see what’s happens in next 365 days! My fingers and our team fingers are crossed and we all are standing firmly on mother earth planet. We have also received the entire payment for one full year in advance and that’s something incredible.

What can I say? Myself and our team are so lucky & blessed. I am sure we all must have done some kind & some humanity work yesterday and/or in past.
