Here’s the BAD NEWS:

You’ll probably never have a job in which your bosses aren’t narcissists.

If you do, you’ve hit the lotto. And even if that happens, their bosses will be narcissists. And your politicians are narcissists, and your presidents are narcissists. And no, it doesn’t matter which political party you choose.

(It honestly BEFUDDLES me how people can’t see that all political parties and all religions all over the world are chock full of corruption and human rights violations all through history. I know you need to believe one group is ALL GOOD, but the willful blindness that takes logically is really something…)

You will find narcissists in these positions because they survive on one drug: POWER.

They desperately need to feel these things:

1) THAT THEY ARE BETTER THAN OTHER PEOPLE

2) THAT THEY HAVE CONTROL OF OTHER PEOPLE

3) THAT THEY ARE ENTITLED TO ANYTHING THEY WANT
