RWRD TO $SPN CONVERSION CAMPAIGNS
Dear Zuperfans, we are launching two new campaigns for you to convert your RWRD points into SPN.
Further, we are also adding the SPN withdrawal functionality on the platform, this will be announced shortly.
- Campaign 1: 5x RWRD Conversion Campaign
- This special campaign is a First come first serve campaign (FCFS) campaign valid from 9th October 2022 to 15th October 2022 at 5.30 PM UTC. This is only for the first 5,000 Zuperfans
- Fans who wish to participate in this campaign would need to purchase a minimum of 1,500 SPN or a maximum of 20,000 SPN
- The campaign will allow Zuperfans to receive (via airdrop) 5x or a maximum of 100,000 SPN
- The receivable SPN will be directly airdropped into your personal wallet on the 17th of October 2022 at 5.30 PM UTC (as provided by you on the google form)

- Campaign 2: Convert 10% of your RWRD points
- Post the FCFS campaign, Zuperfans holding more than 10,000 RWRD points will be able to directly convert 10% of their RWRD points into SPN per month
- This campaign will kick off on 20th October 2022 at 5.30 PM UTC
- Zuperfans will be able to convert their 10% of RWRD points instantly into SPN which will be reflected on their platform wallet
- The withdrawal functionality for 3rd party wallet will be activated post-31st October 2022 at 5.30 PM UTC
FAQ
1. What is RWRD points?
For every action performed on our platform (fans.sportzchain.com) by users, they get rewarded by RWRD points. In short, RWRD point is an in-platform reward points. Each RWRD point gained by a user has a dollar value attached to it. For instance, depending on the type of engagement activity the value of RWRD point could range from $0.01–0.05.
2. What is RWRD point claim/conversion?
After accumulating a certain amount of RWRD points, you can convert the RWRD points to $SPN tokens. Yes you read that right you can convert your reward points to $SPN tokens. It’s a two step process
a. Step 1: Convert your RWRD points to $SPN tokens in the platform wallet (Live now)
b. Step 2: Move the $SPN tokens from platform wallet to your personal wallet (Going live soon. Pls refer to question 12 for more details)
3. This is exciting. So can I convert it now and if so where can convert my RWRD points?
If you are reading this document, it means it is live right now. You can convert your RWRD points to $SPN in www.fans.sportzchain.com
4. What are the criteria and constraints to claim the RWRD points?
Firstly, you should have accumulated at least a minimum of 10,000 RWRD points on our platform. Then you can convert 10% of the RWRD points (or a maximum of 1000 RWRD points) once every month. The $SPN will be moved into your platform wallet.
5. Ok. But can you explain with an example?
Surely. Imagine you have 20,000 RWRD points on the platform today. You can now convert up to 1000 RWRD points to SPN tokens. Pls note that 10% of 20,000 is 2000 RWRD points but it breaches the cap of 1000 RWRD points. So any user can convert only a maximum of 1000 RWRD points. Also you can convert only ONCE a month.
6. This is clear. But to clarify, if I converted 500 RWRD points today, I wont be able to convert the additional 500 RWRD points tomorrow. Is that correct?
Yes. That is correct. You will have to wait for next month where you can convert an additional 500 RWRD points.
7. Now I understand it clearly. But is this going to be the way forward fully or are things expected to change?
This is the limits/constraints for now. However, at Sportzchain, we are constantly looking to maximize user values and we may modify the conversion criteria going forward. So pls follow us on our social media channels for announcements regarding any change.
8. Ok this is clear. Now can you explain step by step approach on how to convert?
Sure. Follow these steps
a) Login to www.fans.sportzchain.com
b) Go to the “Rewards” page
c) If you are eligible for conversion, the “Claim Reward” button will be ‘active’
d) Click on “Claim Reward”
e) Enter the amount of RWRD you want to convert (i.e. 1000 RWRD or less)
f) Click “Get Gas Fees”
g) Then click “Submit”
h) Voila! The RWRD is now converted to $SPN tokens
i) You can check the same on the “Portfolio” page and you can see the value updated on the portfolio box and the transaction history
j) If you face any issues please raise ticket on the platform on “Contact Support”
9. Where can I see the credited $SPN?
As mentioned above, you can see it in the “Portfolio” page on the platform
10. Where can I find my platform wallet?
In the profile section of your page, you can find you wallet address/
11. I don’t have enough RWRD (i.e less than RWRD 10,000 points). Can I convert RWRD points to $SPN?
Unfortunately no but don’t worry about it. Participate on activities on the platform continually and accumulate RWRD points. Once you reach the threshold, you should be able to convert your RWRD points to $SPN tokens. Please note that you can increase RWRD points by participating in activities, winning contests, sharing polls and contests, referrals etc. In order to understand the full list of activities, please login to the platform, go to Rewards page and click on “Get more RWRD” link and you will find the list of activities that will help you get more RWRD points
12. Can I move the $SPN from platform wallet to my personal wallet?
At the moment, the withdrawal of $SPN from platform is under development. However, we will soon provide with a date from when you will be able to move the $SPN to your personal wallet. So pls follow us on our social media channels for announcements regarding more information on the same. A little inside information, this feature will be released sooner than later . So watch out for this space.
