Do you have any actual clinical data? All I see is a lot parsed “adjusted” (for confounders) data derived from food recall questionnaires with low associated relative risks. I don’t see what actually constituted a low carb or high carb diet in any of these studies you offered as support of your argument. A relative risk of 20 or 30% between a group and its control group may sound scary, but when you look at the actual data the absolute risk is still very low.
