Normal ship parts can only be disassembled seven times. The Flying Dutchman Ship comes with 4–6 immortal parts. Immortality means that the parts will not be lost no matter how many times they are dismantled.

Ship Parts
A normal ship requires $GOLD 12 in maintenance costs to accept a mission. no maintenance costs are required for IMMORTAL parts. For example, if your Flying Dutchman has 4 IMMORTAL parts, a mission will only cost $GOLD 4 for the maintenance of the remaining two non-IMMORTAL parts. All immortal ships require no maintenance cost at all.

Mission Requirements
For a ship to count as a Flying Dutchman Ship, the ship must have four or more Flying Dutchman Parts. Flying Dutchman Ships have the following special allowances, where a normal ship can take on missions that specifically require a ship of its size, Flying Dutchman Ship bypasses the Quest ship size requirements.

It can take on any mission you want to assign to it, and mission rewards with matching skills are required for crew members to receive additional rewards from daily missions. Flying Dutchman Ship bypasses the skill requirements for reward rewards, and you can receive guaranteed rewards from Quest regardless of the crew’s skills.

Quest Rewards In future updates, normal ships will deteriorate over time and therefore require constant rebuilding of your ship, ships with at least 4 immortal parts will never need to be rebuilt. However, if you need to retrieve its IMMORTAL Parts, you can dismantle your Flying Dutchman ship.

In the future, owners of Flying Dutchman ships will be able to participate in special events, including beta testing, pre-sale whitelist assignments, special pool pledges, and more (to be announced).

Ship parts
A ship consists of 6 parts: keel, hull, sails, deck, figurehead and cannon, each of which will provide different stats and skills for PVE and PVP.

The ship can be disassembled and assembled, each part can be disassembled up to 7 times, if disassembled after reaching its limit, the part will be burned, please note that the Flying Dutchman ship has no such limit, its parts can be disassembled an unlimited number of times.

Materials can be crafted into ship parts, the results of which are given by chance, and certain crew abilities will increase the chances of obtaining the required parts.

Captain
Captain will use BEP-721 as the token standard. All pre-orders for the Captain are done in the form of a “Wanted Poster”. The real NFT Captain will be cast a few days before the first stage of the game’s release phase.

In Phase 1, each mission requires at least one captain to complete.

Crewmate
Crewmate will also use BEP-721 as the token standard, and all pre-orders for crew members will be done in the form of “wanted posters”. With different abilities such as Common, Rare, Epic and Legendary.

Islands
Islands will not be available for immediate purchase from the original map. The pirate community will have to explore the world and find a new island. Those newly discovered islands will have a challenging task to complete before claiming it.
