Announcing new dates for STK TGE pre-sale & public sale
A couple of weeks ago, FINMA (Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority) released a statement regarding the governance and oversight of Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) and Token Generation Events (TGEs). As interest and investments in cryptocurrency and blockchain projects continue to increase, progressive regulations will benefit everyone involved and more importantly, protect consumers from vague or insufficient governance. We support these regulations 100%.
The announcement coincided with the publication of FINMA Guidance 04/2017 which provides additional advice on structuring a Token Generation Event that complies with the latest policies and regulations. We have decided to delay our TGE by a few weeks so we can review our sale terms against this latest resource with our legal team. This is not new for us — we regularly review policies and regulations around TGEs and we will continue to do so as governance of this industry continues to evolve.

Pre-sale participants will receive a 20% discount, with a minimum buy-in of 85ETH, and a maximum buy-in of 1700ETH.
Public Sale:
November 13th, 17:00 UTC — November 24th, 16:59:59 UTC
Tier 1: There will be a 10% discount for the first 48 hours of the sale, with a minimum buy-in of 0.07ETH and a maximum buy-in of 1700ETH.
General, post Tier 1: After the first 48 hours of the sale, no discounts will be available. There is a minimum buy-in of 0.07ETH and a maximum buy-in 1700ETH.
Price Rate: 1 ETH = 1489 STK
Minimum buy-in = 0.07 ETH
