Last week, while we were in Asia for the Singapore FinTech Festival, we participated in a FinTech Innovation and Financial Inclusion panel at the Inclusive Blockchain Conference hosted by the Singapore University of Social Sciences. The theme of our panel was the importance of financial inclusion — the movement towards providing equal and universal access to financial services to the unbanked and under-banked. More than 2 billion people around the world don’t have a bank account and those that do often face punitive penalties, exorbitant fees and restrictive access to their own accounts.

A big part of what we’re building with STK is a universally inclusive approach to money. Cryptocurrency is unique in its global accessibility, decentralization, and autonomy from localized markets and foreign exchange rates. We’re building a platform that provides equal access to your money regardless of country or currency, and based on the idea that once you’ve earned your money, keeping it should be free.

Our token is built for a global market, and we’re increasing our efforts to promote our token to a truly international audience. We’ve launched a Chinese and Japanese version of our website, and we’ve translated our Whitepaper into nine different languages, available on www.stktoken.com.

You’ll see more on our international efforts over the coming weeks.

Join the conversation anytime on our community channels: Telegram, Twitter, Bitcointalk, Discord and Reddit.
