The push of the Centaur-y

The horned avatar of Carceri after his morning stretches

As our [millions of] dedicated weekly readers know, STRATZ has been targeting the end of January to release beta.STRATZ.com into the hands of all of our users. As that time draws near, our undivided attention has been on working to ensure that this release, one of the single most impactful releases in our short history, is as stable and enjoyable as possible.

The scope of this upgrade to STRATZ.com cannot be understated. It includes a huge array of new foundational improvements, along with a system to allow us to configure new quality content at a pace previously unachievable.

Some of the most significant updates we’re looking forward to sharing include:

  1. Three new tiers of site navigation
  2. Page Headers to highlight key aspects of the website consistently between subpages
  3. Summary Rows to detail primary stats relating to subpage content
  4. Completely rebuilt Page Filters to allow discovery of unique, personal insights
  5. A new dashboard-style homepage that’s uniquely yours
  6. An array of new match tables for gaining previously unimagined perspectives of your match history
  7. Hundreds of UI refinements, including both old and new content
  8. New deployment system for new components, language files, media assets, and more
  9. Improved error handling, both internally and from the user’s perspective
  10. An evolving approach to typography to make your data stand out right

It goes without saying that the STRATZ.com that you know is on the verge of something very new, and very special. We’re doing our best to ensure that we’re able to include as much of the above in our upcoming release as possible.

Your Dashboard is progressively becoming more…yours 💙

This week, your new Dashboard improved in several ways, not least of which is a new feature allowing you to organize your layout however you want! As we said last week, there are some really cool features we have in store for you on your Dashboard.

Also, don’t forget that next week Ken will be taking over for Supdate 14, where he’ll be doing a deep dive into the STRATZ neural networks, our new Individual Match Performance (IMP) metrics, and more.

Think you’ve got what it takes to join the STRATZ team? We’re hiring!

Enjoy keeping up with what’s happening at STRATZ? Follow us on Medium, Twitter, or Facebook to get a new Supdate every Friday! If you want to get more involved, join us on Discord!

Did you miss our Supdate last Friday? Check out the unveiling of our new Dashboard!

Oracle and Lycan both have losing win rates overall, but when played together, have won 70% of their matches this week. #MyDashboardToldMeSo

See you next Friday!
