Clearly your grandmother’s opinion of your actions bother you. Have you considered why she is so bothered by your actions? Or did you just dismiss it as “old fashioned thinking”? I suspect you’re not as bothered by her opinion of your actions as you are from how it makes you feel about yourself. No matter how often you keep telling yourself how “empowered” you are with your body, deep down you know (as your grandmother knows) that promiscuity is a risk to your goal of achieving commitment from the potential high-SMV man you seek. It also affects your ability to bond with any man that commits to you. While it is true that you are free to bed down with with as many men as you like, you are not free from the negative consequences. Your grandmother knows all of this and that is why she displays her disapproval. She loves you and wants the best future for you and any children you may bring as a result. Ignore at your own peril.
