It is obviously a scam or a spoof if it has all these side effects... Losing weight is simple: Calories in vs calories out.

It is all about discipline, these cravings are real but it’s your addiction talking, kick them out and you will be stronger each time. Cut off sugar, salt, and caffeine.

Eat fresh vegetables and legumes, loads of different ones, and steam them (boiled they will lose all their nutrients). Also try to avoid animal products.

Do not forget to move; walk, stretch, work out, exercise, go to sleep on time.

Thus, be a responsible adult.
