The SpiritWarrior token was sold between November and December of 2018, the funds raised have been used since January / 2019 in the development of the mobile game SpiritWarrior, and in the development of the TRONAuth Project. SpiritWarrior holders of token are making the swap to the SWGamers token, making it easier for all our first investors to have access to benefits on our games to be developed according to our whitepaper. It is expected that a maximum of 8,000,000 SWGamers will be made in the Swap.
Initially, there will be a maximum circulation of 25,000,000 SWGamers (including the 8,000,000 swap SWGamers).
The SWGamers token will be available during the ICO for 0.6 TRX per token (approx USD 0.015).

The SWGamers token holders will obtain 20% of the future profits obtained by the Blackjack Bet mobile Game and TronRaceHorse Bet mobile Game during 2 years, distributed proportionally on a monthly basis amongst all SWGamers token holders, but not prior to the launch of the game.

Hardcap (Active Slot Bet Game Dividends)
Once the Hardcap is reached (22,500,000 SWG sold during the ICO), SWGamers token holders will be eligible to receive 20% of future profits generated by the Slot Bet Game for two years distributed proportionally on a monthly basis amongst all SWGamers token holders.
ICO Budget
Funds raised during the ICO will be received in TRX. The team will allocate the funds raised for the development and implementation of the games Black jack Bet Game, TronRaceHorse Bet, Roulette Bet Game and Slot Bet Game on the Tron blockchain.
