Very well put. Being humble enough to acknowledge uncertainty and accept help from others is a helpful trait in many ways. It can create a participative working environment with the team, who can contribute and share their ideas. Further, it helps you to accept that you do not always have to be that glorified Bro-duct Manager having answers to all the questions in the world.
