The one where my brother forgot his cycle’s rear wheel at home

I was in doubt if he’d deliver. Its uncomfortable to carry tyre on a bike. We tied it with ropes, he carried and delivered.

He had brought the wheel home last night and we had fixed the punctures in it. He forgot to carry it to work next day. I mean who’d remember to carry a wheel to work? It’s another story that he also forgot his charger. :P

I was still at home and he texted me Dunzo it. The UI was so intuitive that it took less than five taps to send the stuff to him.

(1) They asked questions where they needed to (2) They suggested (3) and i made the payment

They were humble.
They talked like real people.
They asked questions where they had to.
They suggested.
In an age when most interactions are walls, this was a refreshing ethos.

That one friend of ours who forgot the charger home

She sent the runner to my home, and added me to the task. I gave him the charger. He delivered it to her in 20 mins.

Even though i had the facility to track him all the way to destination, I made the payments before the run was complete. God level of trust and comfort.

It has reached a point where I don’t fear — will my stuff get delivered? Might that man misplace it or just vanish with my thing? They had magically dissolved all the possible insecurities that I might’ve had.

Bangalore rains = no cabs

I was working from home and a hard-disk was to be picked up from work. It was raining heavily and there were no cabs. It took longer than usual to assign a runner and i thought of cancelling the task. I left phone on table leaving it upto chance.

After some 15 odd minutes a delivery guy was assigned. He picked it up, he himself sent a picture to assure everyone and started towards destination.

(1) They inform if its going to be late (2)He doesn’t forget to assure me that my stuff is safe (3)And i payed him before he even finishes.

Wow! Who does that?

I should mention that during this delivery he was diverting from the usual route so i called him up to ask why wasn’t he taking the straight road. Why did he take that left?

“सर fuel खतम हो रहा है”

I waited and waited but my item was delivered to me. He was wearing a blue-black raincoat that evening.

It was drizzling.
