Life is uncertain. It’s an uncomfortable truth. Your partner may not make it home tonight. Your kids may not wake up in the morning. You may set off for work in the morning and not make it there.
Life is set against us. We’re basically screwed.
A colleague who I respect deeply made a comment about how advanced I was in mindfulness. The comment didn’t sit right with me.
