That’s a really great movement, Aaron Swartz would indeed be very happy. But anyway, he knew that it was going to happen one day.

However, it’s a little bit unfair to western countries unless China, Russia, India and others would also follow this open data movement. This year China has started building its first overseas military outpost, but I hope that military expansion would not be the only thing that they are planning to copy from western world in coming years.
