Is Coffee Killing Your Mindfulness?
Matt Cartagena

Grew up in a country where a cup of coffee was a luxury. (Rwanda). Began to meditate when I was 14 to escape the horrific emotional aftermath of the genocide. Now a Buddhist monk, I love coffee, practice and teach Vipassana. If it is harmful, you will know and will quit smoothly. I’m told Ajahn Maha Boowa who supposedly was an arahant was a heavy smoker. If with nicotine one can thrive, what for the mild caffeine?
